Cultural heritage maintenance (the historic and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation should be committed to specialized company which has a license of the Ministry of Culture.
The main task of cultural heritage maintenance is ensuring the physical security and preservation of cultural and historical heritage.
In order to comply with current legislation in a part of Article 47.3. of the Federal Law N- 73-FL from 06.25.2002 (red. from 08.03.2018), in maintenance and using of cultural and historical heritage, for maintaining in the proper technical condition without degradation of technical condition of cultural and historical heritage a proprietor is obligated to:
- implement costs of cultural heritage maintenance and maintaining in the proper technical, sanitary and fire-prevention condition;
- avoid deterioration of the territory of the cultural heritage included in the roster.
Our task is to maintain the historic and cultural heritage for transmitting it to descendants in its original form.
